Pantone Spring 2023 Colors

Pantone’s Spring/Summer 2023 Fashion Color Trend Report includes both bold brights and calm tints and tones for makeup and packaging. Leading the way are Pantone 18-1664 Fiery Red, a “super charged” red tone, as well as Pantone 18-2143 Beetroot Purple, an emboldened fuchsia hue depicting the fruits of nature. A Clean Glow of Facial Cosmetics

At Altuzarra’s runway show, the models wore fresh-faced beauty looks created by makeup artist Diane Kendal with Merit color cosmetics. A cheek tint offered a rosy glow to the face.

Nail Gems & Art Designs

At the Susan Alexandra show, Orly key nail artist Holly Falcone created a beauty look that was a nod to the ’90s. According to Falcone, “Since Susan Alexandra is all about accents, we used Orly’s Builder in a Bottle to adhere crystals onto the nails.”

Slicked Back Hair

At the Alo presentation, IGK Co-Founders Aaron Grenia, Chase Kusero, Leo Izquierdo and Franck Izquierdo used IGK products to create a variety of wet, slicked back looks for Alo’s first ready-to-wear Aspen Collection.

A Fresh Face & Vibrant Eyeshadows

Pops of color in eye makeup lead with a fresh skincare base at the Marrisa Wilson show with makeup by Kevyn Aucoin Beauty Global Director of Artistry & Education Nick Lujan. “The key feature for this look—and all of the looks this fashion week— is glowing skin. It’s always in ... but especially going into the early part of 2023,” said Lujan.
